Vocal Steel is a Pittsburgh-based contemporary a cappella group. Formed in 2023, it currently consists of a mix of fifteen members who are from Pittsburgh and sang a cappella at schools in the area, along with members who got their singing experience elsewhere and are now calling Pittsburgh home. The group sings a variety of a cappella music, trending mostly on popular hits, with a sprinkle of classic rock, indie, country, musical theater, and jazz. Vocal Steel hosts shows throughout the year, and also gigs publicly and privately around the Pittsburgh area.
